General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Dragenz TCG by Cicchino online shop.

2. Offer
The products and prices displayed in the online shop constitute an offer. However, this offer is always subject to the product being available for delivery, errors, prior sale, or incorrect pricing.

3. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places an order in the online shop and Dragenz TCG by Cicchino has confirmed it.

4. Prices
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), unless otherwise indicated. The price at the time the order is placed is authoritative.

5. Payment
The available payment methods are displayed at checkout. The order will only be processed after successful receipt or authorization of payment.

6. Pre-orders

Products marked as pre-orders are not yet regularly available at the time the order is placed.

By completing the order, the customer gives Dragenz TCG by Cicchino a binding instruction to reserve, order, or pre-finance the corresponding goods from the supplier.

stated release and delivery dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturer, supplier, customs, or shipping delays. A postponement of the announced delivery date does not automatically result in the cancellation of the purchase contract.

For customers residing outside the European Union, pre-orders that have already been bindingly placed with the supplier generally cannot be canceled free of charge. Cancellation may be accepted on a case-by-case basis as a goodwill gesture. The type and amount of any refund or credit will be agreed before cancellation.

If Dragenz TCG by Cicchino cannot deliver the ordered goods due to a missing or reduced allocation, the purchase price for the undeliverable quantity will be refunded in full via the payment method originally used.

Mandatory statutory withdrawal and consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Unless otherwise stated, delivery times are non-binding. Delays may occur in particular due to supply shortages, pre-orders, or shipping service providers.

8. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Dragenz TCG by Cicchino until payment has been made in full.

9. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply unless these GTC provide otherwise. Complaints concerning defects, incorrect deliveries, or transport damage must be submitted in writing without delay, and no later than 48 hours after receipt.

10. Returns / Withdrawal

Returns, cancellations, and withdrawals are subject to the conditions published under “Right of Withdrawal / Returns” at the time the order was placed.

Mandatory statutory rights of consumers, particularly for orders from the European Union, remain unaffected.

11. Liability
Dragenz TCG by Cicchino is liable only for damage resulting from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Liability for slight negligence, as well as for indirect and consequential damage, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

12. Online Shop
Dragenz TCG by Cicchino operates exclusively as an online shop. There are no on-site sales or cash payments.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Dragenz TCG by Cicchino.
