Shipping Terms

Shipping Area
Shipping is available within Switzerland and to other countries, provided they can be selected at checkout. The available shipping countries and the corresponding shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

Processing Time
Orders are generally processed after receipt of payment. Shipping may be delayed accordingly in the case of pre-orders, high demand, or absences.

Shipping Costs
The applicable shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. The shipping costs displayed when the order is completed are decisive.

Delivery Times
The stated delivery times are estimates and are not binding. Delays caused by shipping providers, customs clearance, suppliers, or force majeure cannot be ruled out.

International Shipments
For deliveries abroad, additional customs duties, import taxes, processing fees, or other country-specific charges may apply. These costs are not included in the purchase price or the stated shipping costs and, unless otherwise indicated, are borne by the customer.

Partial Deliveries
Dragenz TCG by Cicchino is entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer.

Transfer of Risk
Upon handover of the shipment to the transport company, the risk shall pass to the customer to the extent permitted by law.

Transport Damage
Obvious transport damage must be reported by email within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain the packaging and include photos of the damage.

Uncollected or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is not collected or cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, the costs of reshipping may be charged to the customer.
